pH Sensor for General Industrial Processes

pH Sensors for General Industrial Processes are widely used in a variety of industrial processes:

The petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry, mining industry, sugar manufacturing industry, paper-making industry, dye industry, chlor-alkali industry, desulfurization, strong acids and strong bases, hydrofluoric acid-containing processes, organic solvent applications, and other related sectors.

 

Technical Features:

● It adopts an internationally advanced annular large-cross-section Teflon diaphragm, ensuring a stable liquid junction for the Sensor.

● Strong anti-interference capability, resistant to fouling and clogging, and long service life.

● The reference system is filled with a polymeric polymer, making it easy to use and eliminating the need to replenish the electrolyte.

● The Sensor has a sensitive response (it can reach more than 95% of the measured value within a few seconds).

● Measurement range: 0–14 pH; temperature: 0–110°C

● Withstand voltage: 0.6 MPa; Zero potential: E 0 =7 pH

● Temperature compensation resistors: PT100, PT1000, 2.252 kΩ, 10 kΩ, 22 kΩ, etc.
